2 Year Warranty!

We put the highest time, effort, and investment into creating quality products for our loyal customers, like yourself, and your feedback is valued. While we wish that each piece would last a lifetime, the rubber used to achieve the comfortable super stretch everyone loves about TowWhee has a limited lifespan. We warranty them for 2 years but with all rubber/bungee type products, the rubber will eventually wear/dry out and break at some point. Rarely we see a defective rubber bungee that fails early. I would love to provide you with a replacement strap. Please send your preferred mailing address, model/color, proof of purchase, and I'll get that right over to you.
